Getting Fit With Water Aerobics

Swimming is one of my favorite activities. I find it relaxing just to get in the deep end of a pool and tread water for an hour. This may sound strange, but I can almost go to sleep once I get in the rhythm of moving my arms through the water.

I take a water aerobics class that is a lot of fun. Most of the people in the class are over 40 and the class is as much about socialization as it is about exercising. And some of the water aerobics equipment that is used ads to the fun and functionality of the class.

This class motivates me to exercise because it is so much fun. The instructor is a great and the people make the class what it is. It is great way to get in shape and have fun. Most fitness centers that have a pool offer water aerobics exercise classes as method of getting healthy.
